Greg is a business futurist, a top global keynote speaker, an entrepreneur, and the author of two books including NEVER NORMAL. He is a leading authority on digital transformation and the power of adaptability. It’s his mission to empower individuals and organizations to thrive in the age of exponential change.

There’s no denying that the COVID-19 pandemic forced many organizations to accelerate their digital transformation programs as customers, employees, partners and even suppliers went digital-by-default. But how many of the resulting moves constitute true business transformation vs mere digitization of operations? And how many people even understand the difference? For that matter, could it be that the term digital transformation is itself part of the problem?

These questions prompted me to revisit, refine and expand upon my ‘signature’ definition of digital transformation, which I first put into writing in 2015 and have used with clients and in keynotes ever since. So, what are my current thoughts on digital transformation? Find out in my latest video, culled from one of my most recent keynotes.
